Product Description

 C steel channel scope:

C steel channel is widely used in steel construction purlins and wall beams.It can also be combined into 
 
its own lightweight roof trusses, brackets and other building components. In addition, it could be used 
 
in the columns, beams, and arm of light manufacturing machine. 
 
 
 
C steel channel divied at five different heights. They are 80,100,120,140,160 five sizes. Its length 
 
can be determined based on the engineering design, but no more than 11.8 meters considering about 
 
transportation and installation conditions.
 
  
 
C steel channels are made through automatic processing molding based on the giving sizes.
 
The molding process as follows:
 
A Discharge - B leveler - C molding - D stereotypes - E straightening - F Measuring - G punch hole stretch- H connecting hole punch oval - I cut molding.
